Thanks for the positive feedback! I actually printed the book myself on ink jet printers we have at school. The key is buying the right paper. I recommend Epson Double-Sided Matte Presentation paper. The quality of the paper is so god that you can print things on your own that look professional. It's also fairly reasonable in terms of price. I bought a pack of 150 sheets for $30. Hope that helps!
